Birth Assistant provides an independent consultancy service. We are not a government body and do not issue official documents ourselves.

Consultation bookings and certificate requests are separate services. A consultation fee covers the advice conversation. Certificate prices depend on the design and additional copies selected; no consultation fee is added to a certificate request.

You are responsible for providing accurate information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect details or by the issuing authority.

You can cancel before your request has been submitted for processing. Contact us for refunds or questions.
