We only collect the information needed to prepare your birth certificate request: names, dates and places of birth, parents' names, contact details and your delivery address.

Your data is used solely to deliver our service and to contact you about your order. We never sell it. Payments are processed by Whop; we do not receive your card details.

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the service and legal obligations. You may ask us to view, correct or delete your data at any time via support@birth-assistant.com.

This policy follows the principles of the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
